Updated No Show Policy

Due to an increase in patients cancelling or not showing up to appointments last minute, we have had to update our No Show Policy at the office.

We schedule our appointments so that each patient receives the right amount of time to be seen by our physicians and staff. That’s why it is very important that you keep your scheduled appointments with us, and arrive on time.

We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointments with your doctor. If you do not call 24 hours in advance, you will receive an invoice in the mail. Invoices must be paid upon receipt before you will be able to see a physician at the office again.

After 3 no shows in a one year period, your physician may decide to discharge you from their care.

If you have any questions regarding this policy, please call the office.
